During the season  
Exchange bad or deflated balls when necessary. 0.50
Add new balls to ballbags in case of lost balls. 0.50
Check the playing nets and poles at the Steenwijklaan and Sportcampus. 1.00
Check materials in the storage rooms. 1.00
Check and pump up the training balls. 1.00
Check in with the trainers to see if they need any other materials. 1.00
Guests – Check the ballbags for the correct balls and pump up the balls if neccessary. 0.50
End of the season  
Let all teams know where to hand in the ballbags. 0.50
Plan 4 nights for handing in the bags, 2 at the Steenwijklaan and 2 at the Sportcampus, and paying back the deposit. 2.00
Assessment balls and ballbags for both locations. 8.00
Prepare the balls and ballbags for the next season. 1.50

Let all teams know which teams handed in their material correctly, and which teams are missing balls. 1.00
Teams that handed in an incomplete bag, but whose balls turn out to be complete after assessment, will receive their deposit afterwards. 0.50
