While we still enjoy the summer sun and have fun on the beach volleyball court, the new volleyball season is quickly approaching. And as always, we are looking for enthusiastic coaches who want to help us make the upcoming season a success!
Why Become a Coach at Sovicos?
As a coach at Sovicos, you play an essential role in the development of our players, whether they are young or experienced. You have the opportunity to share your passion for volleyball and help others improve their skills. But that’s not all! It’s damn difficult and annoying to train without a coach. You help the association and a team enormously by giving training every week. Does it seem difficult? It’s not that bad, plenty of exercises available, and if you need help, we’re here for you!
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for coaches for all age groups, from youth teams to senior teams, and also for the beach volleyball groups. Whether you already have knowledge of the profession or are just starting out, we welcome anyone who is passionate about volleyball and wants to bring out the best in our players.
What Do We Expect from Our Coaches?
As a coach at Sovicos, you are responsible for providing training to one team, once a week – unless otherwise specified. We expect our coaches to be enthusiastic, motivated, and dedicated, and to create a positive and supportive environment in which players can grow and thrive.
What Do We Offer?
For your commitment as a coach, we offer a compensation of Eur 550,- per season. A great way to earn back your membership fee and contribute to the success of our club.
