As a Youth TC member, you play a crucial role in shaping the future of our volleyball team. You work alongside other passionate YTC members and the Youth Affairs board member to form the youth teams, ensuring they play at the right level and can develop in the sport we all love.
You’re not just a bystander on the sidelines; you’re a mentor, a motivator, and a source of inspiration for the young players you guide. You not only coordinate team selections but also serve as the primary point of contact for coaches, team leaders, and parents, organizing engaging parent evenings that increase community involvement.
But that’s not all. As a Youth TC member, you also contribute to the seamless transition of our A youth into the senior world, a journey that not only prepares them for new challenges but also helps them reach their full potential.
In return for your dedication, we offer you not only a challenging role within our club but also the opportunity to be part of a close-knit and engaged team bursting with enthusiasm. You’ll have the chance to develop yourself in the areas of technical policy and coaching and receive a volunteer fee of Eur.100,- per season.
