For all shifts

  • Keep the bar, the tables outside, the bleechers and the kitchen clean and organized. Clear out any empty bottles and dishes.
  • Keep the fridges underneath the bar stocked for those who come after your shift.
  • Never leave the bar unmanned!
  • Working with tabs is no longer possible. Any order has to be paid immediately.
  • Only those who are on duty are allowed to grab drinks and snacks. Keep others out of the kitchen and bar!

For the early shifts (19:00 -21:00)

  • Make sure you’re on time, as Rob (the guy who opens the bar) often has an early game to play. Give him the time to warm-up as well.
  • Make sure you’re ready to play as soon as your shift ends. Most bar people are already wearing their uniform, so they can join their team’s warm-up straight away.
  • Should the second shift be late, you can take one of the following steps:
    • Ask a Sovicos-member who doesn’t need to play to keep an eye on the bar.
    • Ask a supporter that you know and trust to keep an eye on the bar.
    • Close the bar by turning of the register. We’d prefer the other two options, so this is a worst-case scenario.

For the second shifts (21:00 – 23:00)

  • As soon as you’re done with your game, please check in with the first shift first to see if you have time to shower.
  • If the third shift hasn’t arrived yet, wait for them to be done with their game. Should you however absolutely have to leave before then, you can take one of the following steps:
    • Ask a Sovicos-member who doesn’t need to play to keep an eye on the bar.
    • Ask a supporter that you know and trust to keep an eye on the bar.
    • Close the bar by turning of the register. We’d prefer the other two options, so this is a worst-case scenario.

For the late shifts (23:00-closing)

  •  As soon as you’re done with your game, please check in with the second shift first to see if you have time to shower.
  • Follow the closing procedure at the end of your shift.
