This year, we introduced SoviScore, our innovative points system designed to spotlight the incredible dedication of our volunteers. With SoviScore, we aimed not only to track the individual contributions of our members but also to foster a culture of appreciation and collaboration within our club.
SoviScore allowed members to earn points by taking on volunteer tasks, such as coaching a team or assisting with events. Even occasional tasks, like bar shifts during activities or writing reports for the website, contributed to your SoviScore.
To encourage engagement, teams with less than 50 points midway through the season were given more tasks in the second half.
The highlight of SoviScore was, of course, the announcement of the winners during our final event on Friday, April 5th. Here are the winning teams:
- Ladies 2 – 279 points (Grand Prize: A dinner worth €150)
- Gents 3 – 257.5 points (Prize: A drinks session worth €100)
- Gents 1 – 210 points (Prize: A delightful beer picnic worth €75)
