Dear Sovicos member,
The new volleyball season has begun and also the league started again. In addition, there are a number of (big) changes on the roll that will be discussed at the GMM.
The first GMM this year (in Dutch) will be held on Thursday 28 September at 7:30pm in the canteen of the sports hall at Steenwijklaan 16 in The Hague. Everyone is cordially invited to attend. Will you be there? Then let us know by accepting the invitation in your mailbox.
During this annual meeting we will discuss the most important points of last year and look ahead to the new season. Also, the new plans are put to a vote, there are new candidates for Board positions and the budget is presented by the treasurer. This is the opportunity to join and support the board and make your voice heard!
All documents discussed this year can be found below. The following documents are currently missing: budget 2023/2023, proposed contributions and the cash audit committee report. These will follow as soon as possible.
If you are unable to attend and would like to authorize someone else to vote for you (no later than 27th of September), or if you have an extra item on the agenda (no later than 7th of September), please notify us by e-mail at secretaris@sovicos.nl.
